Amir Ridzuan Jamaludin is the Manager of the Programme Secretariat unit at IDEAS. In this role, he helps coordinate the organisation’s projects and supports the team in delivering them on time and within budget.

He has over ten years of experience working in Malaysia’s civil society sector, with a focus on project coordination, event management, and programme support.
