Did you know that you could participate in the country’s budgeting?

Participatory budgeting is linked to higher performance levels and a more responsive government. But a recent international survey found that Malaysia’s performance was relatively poor even compared to its ASEAN neighbours.

So, what can we do to improve this? How can we participate in budgeting? Are we doing enough as citizens?
