IDEAS launched the MyOBI in 2022 because we believe there is a greater need for accountability and transparency at the state level, especially regarding budget documents and information. This launch is an update on that debut MyOBI score, highlighting where state governments made the most improvements and areas of improvement in which they can improve. We will also welcome comments from state governments that have performed the best to comment on how they’ve done well and best practices that other state governments can emulate.
