Nurin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic and International Studies from Universiti Malaya. She has experience in human resources, particularly in leadership training, top talent engagement, and programme management. Driven by a strong interest in community development, Nurin actively contributes to advocacy and volunteering through publications at Charisma Movement. Her work addresses various social issues such as urban poverty, animal welfare, and youth empowerment. Combining analytical thinking with a people-centred approach, Nurin is passionate about understanding complex societal challenges and contributing to solutions that create lasting impact. Outside of work, she enjoys writing poetry and documenting stories that capture the intersections of culture, community, and everyday life.
