Gajaletchumy Saravanan, fondly known as Gaja, serves as an Executive in the Finance Unit at IDEAS. She began her journey with the organisation in 2023 as an intern, where her strong analytical skills, discipline, and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart. Her outstanding performance paved the way for her smooth progression into the Executive role.

Gaja holds a degree in Economics from Universiti of Malaya, which has provided her with a solid academic foundation. Driven by her passion for finance, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at Universiti Putra Malaysia, further strengthening her expertise and aspirations in the field.
