Senior Manager, Operations (Human Resources, Administration and Project Management)

She has over 9 years of work experience in Human Resources and is experienced in various areas such as Think Tank, Education, Semi-Government Services and Government.

She began her career as an Assistant Director, at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry for about 1 year, then she joined SME Corporation Malaysia as an Assistant Manager before joining Khazanah Research Institute where her last post was a Senior Executive, Human Resources. She was a single HR person for 6 years at Khazanah Research Institute, managed from end -to -end HR affairs and strategy.

Subsequently, she was appointed as a Human Resources and Training Manager, at St. John’s International School where she was the sole HR point person responsible for but not limited to the HR audits, internal auditor for ISO 9001, yearly budget preparations and controls, reviewing the company’s internal control and coordination of the company’s yearly audit.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration (Honours) International Business from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia and has an Certified Human Resource Manager qualification from Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
